The high-touch nature of premium coaching means I dedicate substantial time to each client. Due to limited capacity, I carefully select individuals who are prepared to invest in permanent change.

This is not just another quit attempt.

This is the two of us working together to transform you into a non-smoker and/or non-vaper. There is a magic formula to this process - and it's simple.  The magic is you, committed to getting this done, and me, providing expert guidance every step of the way.

We'll meet regularly for 1:1 coaching sessions that you'll likely find both enjoyable and challenging. When you look back on your success, you'll realize two things. That YOU are the reason you quit - but that the transformation happened because you leveraged my extensive pool of knowledge, experience, tools, and techniques from 25 years of helping people overcome nicotine addiction.

Like all good coaching relationships, you want an expert coach, guide, and motivator. One who listens to your struggles and sees multiple pathways through them. One who is patient but knows when to push. And like all good coaching relationships:  YOU have to execute.

My job is to prepare you to be successful. Your job is to embrace the process and execute. That's what makes intensive 1:1 coaching so powerful and lasting.

10 Sessions

You'll get up to ten 50-minute private sessions with Jon to use within the program period. 

12 Weeks

The premium package is completed within 12 weeks. You can purchase additional sessions, if necessary, after that.

Quit Date

You generally set a quit date in the first 1-3 weeks of beginning the program. You can also begin the program having already started quitting.

"The most difficult aspect of quitting that Jon helped me overcome was personal accountability. As many people who vape can relate to, I wanted to quit for years and tried countless times to no avail. I felt like I was constantly at war with myself, stuck weighing the pros and cons. On one side, I could ease the withdrawal symptoms for a moment by vaping—but at the cost of facing my own disappointment. Vaping had completely taken over and altered my brain chemically, causing daily crippling anxiety. It took me nearly six years to build the courage to find a specialist and I am unbelievably grateful it was Jon.
