Start your first weekly challenge
When you are ready, start taking our proprietary Quitting Based Challenges (QBC). You can start immediately after you join, or want to wait a few days or weeks.
After 25 years of doing private coaching, we know that forcing you into a rigid "follow-our-quitting-timeline" program doesn't work. As soon as you get off track- for even 1 day or week - you'll likely give up. Miss twice and you're done. In the Challenge Based Quitting community you quit at your own pace, and adjust to your life, your physiology, and your desires.

Build a toolbox of skills to use during and after you quit for good.
People who leverage a TOOLBOX of skills have the highest chance of quitting for life. Those who don't have these skills will fail. You don't build skills by watching a course or reading a book. You gain new skills by challenging yourself, practicing, and mastering them. This takes time and does not happen in a week. Success means you have to change your mental game, mindset, and decisions, which can take months. That is why you get 3 months when you join and why we don't offer any time periods less than that.
